It requires navigating the complexities and uncertainties inherent in climate prediction and response - a formidable yet crucial task.

The CORE-STEP dashboard - A cutting edge digital platform visualizing climate change, disaster and adaptation data. It empowers Community Health Centers to deliver equitable services in the face of climate impacts, enhancing their capacity and resilience.

Climate change is currently impacting human health. The effects of climate change are predicted to worsen; therefore, healthcare systems need to be prepared by understanding potential climate shifts and their effects on public health. Data collection and interpretation are required to inform and develop evidence-based climate adaptation plans and practices. However, accessing and interpreting the nexus between climate risk and health data for decision-making is complex due to challenges in data collection, quality, and interpretation.

The CORE-STEP Dashboard attempts to support healthcare systems by presenting visualisations of data on historical disaster events, climate-sensitive disease trends, community adaptation efforts, and health service capacity. It aids decision-making by assisting in identifying opportunities and prioritising adaptation efforts at the village, district, and city levels, especially for Indonesian community health care centres (PUSKESMAS).
